Versa won't sync with LG Stylo 4

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The last update ruined my versa. It was working then wouldnt sync. Thought it was my old phone so i got a new one sunday. I now have an lg stylo 4 and it wont sync at all. I know my old phone had bluetooth issues. Now i cant use my versa for anything more than a watch. I have rebooted and reset everything. I have been a fitbit fan for the last 5yrs and never had this kind of issue. When will fitbit be fixing the broke app they have forced on us? Or should i start looking for a new watch from another brand?

@Rucni I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm happy to see you in our Fitbit Community.

Regarding the syncing issues that you've experienced with your Fitbit Versa and your LG Stylo 4 I checked out this help page and I'm afraid to say that this phone is not in the supported devices list. This may be the reason why your Versa won't connect with it.

However, I'd like you to give your vote to this Feature Suggestion which requests compatibility with this device. The more votes this request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers.

I appreciate your patience and understanding with this.

Let me know if you have any questions.

I have solved my issue by discontinuing use of my fitbit and seeking a new smartwatch that will work with my phone. I will not suggest fitbit products to friends. I know i am not alone when i say your product support is a joke. The csr rep i spoke to on the phone was rude. It seems that if you cant afford at high end phone you cant use a fitbit. I am upset my wife wasted several hundred dollars on what is now nothing more than a fancy bracelet that tells time.
