I have tried everything, deleting app, resetting versa watch, ensuring Bluetooth is only attached to versa. I have an iPhone 8plus and one day versa stncs the next day it doesn’t. Tired of this

My new Versa has worked perfectly for 3 weeks then on Friday it stopped syncing with the app on my iphone. Nothing in my IT environment changed to make this happen. I have the same iphone, same Versa, same operating systems/versions for phone & Versa that worked perfectly until Friday November 30th. Then on Sunday (Dec 2nd) it suddenly synced but is failing again today (Mon 3rd Dec).
However, it appears to be an issue between Versa & the Fitbit app because online my dashboard is synced & up to date. So - check your fitbit dashboard on a computer rather than on your app & see if that's up to date first. If it is up to date online then the problem appears to be 'Versa to app' related ie a software issue Fitbit need to look into (in my humble opinion) - It means the 'release to sync' feature of the app is likely to be the culprit.

And hey presto..... No sooner have I posted the issue and the sync has just worked! So I'm pretty sure this is a "pull to Sync" software issue between Versa & App.

Let me add one more comment to my previous two.. on both occasions when my Versa finally synced with the app I had just charged the Versa so it was greater than 80% charged. Can't see why this would make a difference but just thought I'd let you know. Good luck.
