App will not sync properly with Versa. Either does not sync completely - such as not all categories update or it gives error message that device not found. This has been a problem for 2 weeks. I have restarted my Versa, reinstalled app, keep fully charged - still a problem.

I'd like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.
In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
