Versa won't sync with phone

My versa won't sync to phone. Phone can't even find the watch when trying to set up device

Is it docked in the charger when you are setting it up, and do you have bluetooth turned on?

Yeah I’ve had this issue for about 3 weeks now and I just gave up. My Versa no longer is covered by warranty so they only help I received is a 30% discount on a new device. Which honestly isn’t worth it.

I’m now at a point where my Fitbit still doesn’t sync, the battery doesn’t last 24 hours, the date and time haven’t changed since November 25th, and the step count is ridiculously off. Today it turned on with 0 steps and by 9PM I’m at 42k. 

I have decided to start looking at Apple Watches and when my parents Fitbit is no longer covered too, I’m gonna have them switch to something else.

I'm experiencing the same with my Fitbit. It's just a year old. I've tried all the recommended steps but none works. What a waste of money.
