Versa won't sync

Hi,

 

I got my Fitbit Versa back in May and has loved it up until now. I can not get it to sync with my phone anymore. The time on it's like 20 mins behind and my step count is wrong. I have reset my phone and my Fitbit and and nothing has changed. I'm very disappointed with this cause I love my watch. I've also deleted the app on my phone and re downloaded it. Please help

Thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. If your Versa isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the Why won't my Fitbit device sync? help article and follow the instructions provide there.
