Versa won't sync

I have not been able to get my Versa to sync for a day and a half. It shows my last sync as Sunday afternoon. None of Monday's steps or HR, or my sleep from Sun or Mon nights have been recorded, even though the watch itself is currently displaying a HR and steps taken for today (Tuesday). I can only assume the Monday info is lost now?

I am aware that there is an issue with the Android fitbit app, so I logged in to my account from Fitbit.com and the info is not there, either.

I would prefer not to do a factory reset, I don't want to lose even more info. Is there another option?

I am having same issue.  Started not syncing Sunday. Did resets on phone and versa, deleted app (I have iPhone) and reinstalled.  Removed Versa from account and tried reconnecting the two.  It worked yesterday, but this morning having same issues.  To the point it’s even displaying the incorrect time.  Now I can’t get phone and Versa to connect at all.

I am having the same issue and just emailed Fitbit help desk. I’ve tried all the tips on the community but nothing. So I’ve done another factory reset on my fit bit which has really annoyed me losing all my data again and now it won’t connect at all to the app. I know it’s not my phone (iPhone 😎 because I’ve tried it on my husbands samsung and it still can’t find the versa. It is driving me mad 😡

I'm having the same issue, I've also done a factory reset, which worked for a day or two but then the same issue.

I've done a factory reset again, and now I cannot even set the phone up as it won't connect to the app. Very frustrating.

Hope they figure it out. Having the same issue. Only thing they told me is to make sure all of my phone updates were done. They said that they try to match the current settings of each particular phone. Sometimes restarting my phone and or bluetooth works but not always.

It’s so annoying. I think I’m going to have to send it back but will see what Fitbit say. However I don’t think It’s the watch I think it’s the ap. hope you get sorted soon

There very well could be an issue with the app, but I feel like it's deeper than just that. If it were only the app, wouldn't my data still be loaded to my fitbit.com profile? It isn't. I'm also not receiving any of my call or text notifications. It's as if my Versa just isn't sending the data out.

I do find it curious that everyone having this issue began having it at the same time.

Mine has been sketchy since I've had it. I bounce back and forth between my Charge HR and Versa. My work enviroment is not friendly to the Versa. The Charge does sync 95% of the time.

Yes I agree.

It's just so weird that the watch itself works fine, as does the app, but they don't seem compatible with each other anymore. I hope we find the solution soon.

Just got the Versa yesterday and it worked fine yesterday evening but this morning it stopped syncing just before 8am.  I haven't even had this 24 hours, very frustrating.

I was getting my texts messages and phone calls which is weird??  I’ve packed it back in the box because I can’t look at it any longer 🤣

I had similar problem..restarted phone..reinstalled fitbit app.  Turned on and off Bluetooth.  No luck.  Then  iIwent to setting ->about and shutdown and restarted versa.  Now it is sync now..

Same problem as everyone else, ie not syncing, but settings/about/shutdown has done the trick. Many thanks

Settings > About > Shutdown did not fix my issue.

I ended up needing to do the factory reset on my Versa, as well as uninstall and reinstall the app on my phone, then repair the devices as though they were new.

It seems to be working again, but I never did recover the day and a half of missing data. Disappointing, but things seem good for now.
