Versa won't sync

I just bought a Fitbit Versa. It was delivered this morning. I could set it up easily and connect it to my phone. Now, a few hours later, when I try to sync, it won't anymore. It keeps saying: 'Last sync is 2 hours ago.' I already tried to reset, turn off my phone, turn off my Fitbit, but it won't work. What else can I do?

A warm welcome to the Community @SunsetRunner and @SunsetRunner thanks for stopping by.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. If you are having problems syncing your Versa, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.

Let me know how it goes. Smiley Happy

I've had lots of problems synching with my Windows computer.  I tried the suggestions on-line.  We don't have a great Internet connection, but I can stream a movie, so I don't know why my watch won't synch.  It's always frustrating to see you have thousands of steps lower than a previous week when you actually did more exercising.

One other question -- when biking, I've put my watch in my sock.  Any other suggestions for getting the Fitbit to register a bicycling workout?

I had the same problem with my Versa when I first got it. I was so mad. But after reading several reviews and watching youtube videos I figured it out.

1. I had to delete my old fitbit that broke off of the app. For some reason it was still trying to connect.

2. I also went into my Bluetooth and deleted the old fitbit from there as well as any Bluetooth devices I do not use or need.

3. I deleted the fitbit app all together and re-downloaded. The fitbit app has to change a little because your Versa uses different features. My Versa connected IMMEDIATELY after doing this and I have not had a single issue since.

Hope that works!
