Versa won't sync

I cannot get my Versa to stay connected to my iPhone. Even when they are beside each other.

If you are having issues syncing your Versa, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.

Unfortunately I had visited that site before and it still won't stay synced to my phone 😞
