My versa won’t sync. Just got it Monday and I can’t get text messages or phone call alerts. Very disappointed so far

If you are having issues syncing your Versa, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there. Now about the notifications, follow the steps in the My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone article.
