I have just purchased a Honor 10. My Versa is not compatible and therefore it wont sync. Devastated doesn't come close, please sort this Fitbit 🤨

A warm welcome to the Community @danirose25.
As you know, in order to properly connect your Versa with your phone it needs to be compatible. When a phone isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't sync with your Fitbit, you just might experience some connectivity issues.
You can always try the instructions provided in the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.

Hi thanks for your reply. A lot of people seem to be having this issue though and nothing gets resolved.... Its frustrating, surely the fixes should come out a lot sooner than they are doing? My versa is just a basic pedometer. It does not sync with my phone or my Bluetooth earphones and my notifications never work.... I Have been using fitbits since 2014 but im seriously thinking of getting another tracker as i dont think its good how theres a charge of 220 pounds for a tracker and people have to wait months for it to work

Sync is now working for Honor 10 & Fitbit Versa!!!
For my Honor 10 I did the most recent update to EMUI 9.0.0. After that I did the fitbit firmware update and it all works perfectly ever since.
