So my Fitbit ran out of charge the other day so I charged and it’s working fine but it won’t sync to my app. In the top left corner of the app it still shows that there’s no battery but the actual watch is working fine. Any clue what I can do to sync it?

When your tracker fully discharged it lost that auto connection with your mobile.
Best way to clean the connection up is to start fresh, try turning off your mobile by pressing and holding the top switch until you have a dialog to slide to turn off, push the same button again to boot up.
Everything should be talking again - you'll know for sure when you see the battery status icon reappear.
Let me know how it goes.

A warm welcome to the Community @Mbrinker and @wmchapman thanks for stopping by.
I would like to know if you keep having syncing issues? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.
Let me know the outcome.
