Versa won't sync

My Versa has been having syncing issues. This time nothing seems to be working that is suggested to fix the problem. It won't sync. Says there is a Bluetooth issue. Bluetooth is working fine.

Hi @Mammabearluv, I have a quick question for you: are there any other Bluetooth enabled devices around (including other Fitbits)?  This sometimes disrupts the syncing process with the Fitbit in question (no matter what model) and the syncing device.  If there are other Bluetooths around, you will need to either turn them off or move them.
