My versa was not syncing, keeping time or staying connected to bluetooth.
I've tried all the steps of restarting Fitbit and phone. Tried to connect with another device. Uninstalled app, cleared cache and data. I've been reading all the forums for a week now. Nothing is working.
I did a factory reset, just to start over. Its not connecting to my bluetooth in the set up stage. Just says try again. I've done this from my phone and tablets.
Please help, really won't my Fitbit back. I've had it since December and have only experienced this problem in the last 2 weeks..
