My Versa wont track my heartbeat and sleep  also wont always sync my steps?? Help plz

Hello @Perryblue217, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums. Sorry for the late reply. 

 

Thank you for sharing all this information about the difficulties you've experienced with your Versa not tracking your heartbeat, your sleep and not syncing your steps. 

 

Before considering other options, please make sure to try the restart procedure as described in this article, this could be useful with the heart rate and sleep. 

 

Regarding the syncing difficulty, could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems? Also, please make sure to check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app.
