Hi, my fitbit versa recently started shutting off by itself even though it's at 100% charge then i factory reset it and now it wont turn on Or the only time it turns on is if i leave it on the charger but it would have a big X on the screen and say 0%.

@chrissyho79 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up with the issue that your Versa is experiencing since it won't turn on when you unplug it from the charger. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your Versa and see if it stays charged and turns on after unplugging it from the charger.
