Versa won’t sync

I am having issue today connecting my Fitbit through Bluetooth to the app, I have already did a 3 in a row reset, I have force quit the app, turned off then Bluetooth and then turned it back on. I have restarted my phone, I have no idea what I am doing wrong. Help!

I've had a Versa for2 days.  Everything was going well yesterday but today I cannot get any reliable syncing to the app.  I have done everything you tried.  It seemed to be working for awhile, but now when I Che ked the phone app it has a tall LOST 2000 steps, it was showing a correct count but now has backtracked!! 

I have no idea what to do now, but I never have had this trouble with my Charge 2.

If this doesn't get straightened out I might have to send it back and try a Galaxy smartwatch!

 That’s why I came to the community page, my device will not sync either. Wonder if it’s an issue with Fitbit

Thanks!  It's good to know I'm not the one screwing up!  But I totally hope they figure it out.  Things seem to be doing okay right now, but who knows in 15 minutes!
