Versa won't sync

Hi 

My Fitbit Versa 2 is not syncing or it will sync for half the time and then fail.

Also my Fitbit app has a different battery percentage than my Fitbit Versa 2.

How do I fix this please help.

Hi @HayRosCol, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it's not syncing properly and it doesn't show the correct battery level.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this check out if your Versa 2 syncs properly and it shows the correct battery level on the app since the app updates the Fitbit's battery level when it syncs
