Versa stuck on Fitbit logo screen

My versa keeps showing alarm screen. I'm unable to turn it off. Tried factory reset by pressing all three buttons, waiting for logo then releasing button right button. Will not reset. The logo just keeps reappearing.  Then when I push left button I get alarm screen again.

Hi @Mags4598, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issue that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat recently. In case the issue persists, contact them with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
