About a week ago, my Versa stopped syncing with my iPhone. Every day I wake up, it is more and more hours behind the actual time. I have removed the device from my phone app and set it up again. I have removed it from my bluetooth connection and re-connected it. I have forced it to reset (using the left and bottom-right buttons) multiple times. But it just no longer syncs up with my iPhone. When I set it up (yet again) this morning, it says that it synced, but the time is still off (it's now almost 12 hours behind the actual time) and it doesn't even seem to track my steps any more. Is it just pretty much dead and needs to be replaced? It's less than 2 years old.

Yup, same problem with my Versa 2. This has happened before so I'm very familiar with all the steps: turn off any other bluetooth devices, turn iPhone blue tooth off and on, reset phone, reset Versa 2... tried it all and none of it worked. The odd thing is that if I log in to FitBit.com on my computer the Versa 2 has synced, it just won't sync with my iPhone. Very frustrating and no meaningful support.
