My Versa is a little over a year old. It was working fine, but now it won't charge up. It's completely dead. Before I buy a new one, is there anything I can do to bring it back to life? It's definitely not the charger; I tried charging it on a new charger, too.

@mom2keh it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't take a charge even though you have tried a new charging cable.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

Yes, they tried to help me reset it, too, but it would not start up. They are sending me a new one. Thanks again for all your help!
