After doing update (first time doing it, just got this hand-me-down Fitbit Versa from mother-in-law who never used it) and adding Spotify and watch clock apps, as well as a new friend. Was all excited to sync it with new Galaxy and now it won't respond after being on charger. Troubleshot the charger outlet situation, so thought maybe it was the charging cradle needed to be replaced. Now I see multiple threads regarding same issue currently happening to many users. Someone mentioned fishiness of update timing. So, wondering if the update jacked my Fitbit up. Dang! ::;

Hi @JennyCBolt, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not taking a charge. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I would like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
Looking forward to your response.
