Basically explained in the headline. My Versa won't register my heart rate, sleep history, or calories.

Hi, I have this same problem and apparently it has been an issue for a bit now. I have had to restart and reset my versa a few different times if it isn’t one thing it is another. It wasn’t charging a while back and now this. I have had a Fitbit for a while now.
