Help,
My Fitbit versa doesn't track my sleep patterns 9 days in a row. I've read the website and the tips to get it working again and i did the following:
- I wore it looser
- I wore it tighter
- I wore it higher on my wrist
- I wore it lower on my wrist
note that my power was always above 60%, I did sleep more than 3 hours every time, and if I check my heartrate, my Fitbit did measure it! So I'm a bit confused, it says it couldn't give me my sleep patterns because it couldn't measure a consistent heartrate but when I look at my heartrate it did measure it perfectly. I am going to turn it off and turn it on again, that's my last option, does anyone have some advice on this issue/ are you guys experiencing the same problem?
Thanks!

@gereet0, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not tracking your sleep patterns. I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps that you mentioned above before contacting our forums.
If you haven't done so, please restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explain how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep stages. Finally, monitor your Fitbit Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.
If these details were already covered let me know and I'll be glad to follow up.
Keep me posted.
