Versa won't track sleep properly

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My versa 2 didn’t track any sleep sat night at all and last night’s sleep only tracked after a hard reset and another sync. Having said that, it says I went to sleep at 1030 when it was 930. The time is correct on the watch but sleep is not tracking correctly.

Hi @SunsetRunner, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community.

I would like to help you and follow up on the sleep tracking issues that your Versa has experienced. I would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

In order to avoid providing the same information, I would like to know how the hard reset was performed. In the meantime, try a regular restart as described in this article in order to fix this issue. Also, I'd like to share this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks sleep.

Keep me posted.
