Morning all

 

randomly my Versa has turned off this morning and won’t turn back on... I’ve tried the reset and still nothing... can anyone help?

Hello

it was fine last night when I put it on the charger but when I got up this morning, the screen was black. I pushed the left buttons still black; put it back in the charger still black

Exactly the same has happened to my Versa last night and won’t turn back on. The screen vaguely lights up like it’s trying to turn to try on but nothing. I have tried the reset but nothing!!! Any advice?? I only got it as a gift at Christmas from my husband so gutted it’s broken already.
