Since doing firmware update my Versa and phone have had trouble syncing but was able to get it to do it after restarting phone and versa. This happened a couple times BUT when it happened again last night and I turned Fitbit off to restart IT WON’T TURN ON OR CHARGE. HELP!

Mine has just done the same thing. Was having trouble with it, so followed their suggestion of shut down which I have done in the past now it won't turn on. Not happy at all

I went on live chat mine seems to be working ok now after I did the thing they told me to do.
Press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until the fitbit logo appears. It takes a while. Try that and see if it works for you

Live chat suggested holding the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears. Takes a little time but it worked for me

I purchased a Versa last July. never did an update until maybe January a few days after I did the update I went to turn it on and it said the battery was 0% I put it on to charge for the day and came up and hit the power button and nothing happened. the only way I could get it on was by holding all the buttons. I called and told them what happened and opted for the replacement. I have had that for a few months now and decided to update it since I saw there was a newer version that what I done before. I updated it because I wanted to be able to use the newer watch faces. well the update went through and boom the same thing happened with my 2nd versa. only way to power it on is by holding all the buttons. when you get on chat with them they have you try all of these different things and I'm like no this is the 2nd time in less than a year that I did an update and had the versa stop working properly. I have a Versa 2 replacement on the way. Hoping this thing works better than the Versa did.

Me Too. Please kindly help. I just bought a new leather band for this Versa and am highly disappointed that it will not turn back on. It is fully charged. I followed your instructions for a factory reset and now it will not come on or vibrate. Your site has provided no clear solution to this issue and you indicate you will email solutions. That has not happened. Anyone there at all that can assist us?

Nope. Did that for over 2 minutes three times and no logo....no watch. Guess we can't get any support from Fitbit. Anyone out there got any other suggestions?
