First of all, I should probably say that this is the third fitbit watch I've had the same problem with in a year. Its always.
As soon as I noticed a problem with this watch, I tried first of all charging it overnight, but when that didn't work I tried restarting it, but that hasn't worked either.
This has become quiet frustrating and I am tired of having to set up watches again and again when they only seem to last a few months.

@Caraghb0123, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa won't turn on. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I would like to follow up on this issue and would like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi,
It dose vibrate and light up randomly when I charge it. Although the
article was informative, it did not have an effect on the watch.
Although the article was informative it did nothing to change the response from the watch.
And yes when I charge the watch, it dose light up and viberate randomly.

@Caraghb0123, I'm sorry for the late response. However, thank you for trying the recommended troubleshooting steps.
Since you mentioned that your watch vibrates and lights up, I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues.
Try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
Let me know how it goes.
