I am experiencing sync issues and caller ID not displaying 5 out 10 occurrences.
Running on latest firmware.
Mobile: Samsung m30s
Firmware: 35.70.7.14
Fitbit app version: latest

@Vinaymvp, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it's experiencing syncing issues that the caller ID feature is not working properly. Thank you for including a picture and a screenshot showing the issue.
Since you mentioned that you have a Samsung m30s, I'm afraid that this model is not in the Supported devices list. This may be the reason why some features don't work properly.
However, I'd like you to submit a compatibility request of this device in our Feature Suggestions board and people can vote for it. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineering team.

Hi Juan, Thank you for your kind response. It seems I am not alone with Samsung m30s.
I cannot buy a compatible device for the sake of Fitbit and Samsung m30s is the most successful model in Indian market. Please find the relevant thread here that someone already posted about M30s.
