I did a factory reset and my Fitbit versa won’t turn back on.

I have tried all the help suggestions still nothing.

Thanks for letting me know about your Versa and the steps that you've tried prior posting. Good job! I've contacted our Support team about this situation and apparently you already have a case created with them. They'll work on this matter and send you an email with more details, keep an eye on your inbox.
