Hi I have a versa 2 ..I added and have use Fitbit pay...however today watch shows no card and asks to add card to wallet ...on Fitbit app on phone its shows up ..so why is card missing...?? I have tried force stop app , turned watch on and off , bluetooth on and off and card still doesn't show up ...I use Samsung s10

@stevieonline9 Is your Fitbit app on your phone up to date? Have you attempted to remove the card from the Fitbit app and set it up again?

I have just done that as I couldn't see any other option .So I have card back now on Versa.My worry is this will keep happening which defeats the purpose of it...

@stevieonline9 I hope it won't happen again. Mine has never done that, so perhaps it's just a fluke. 🙂

Just noticed my debit card is again missing again...I'm very not happy with Fitbit versa 🤬
