I've had to delete/unpair my versa lite 5x since yesterday as it won't stay connected or won't sync not even a year old any ideas please?

Having the same issue with my versa. Won't even come up as recognised bluetooth device. So unable to sync. About 11 months old..

NoThat's what's happening to mine I deleted and reinstalled this morning last sync was 8:50am and now keeps failing and surprisingly can't get through to anyone at customer service
