My just turned of by itself and will not come back on. I have tried pressing the back for 10 secs and even charging it. I don’t know what else to. Please help

Mines the same! It went off last night, I put it on charge now it will not come back on......??

I end up calling technical support. The guy told me press all three buttons and when the Fitbit logo comes on release the bottom one on the right. I then released the other ones and the. It came on!
