Recently, my Versa would not connect to my iPad app, although it connects fine to my iPhone. As a result, Fitbit app doesn’t sync and my weight watchers app can’t update.
I followed instructions for iPad issues, to no avail, then instructions to reset Fitbit, which said to shut down the Versa. Now it wont turn back on.
Apparently this issue happened in Dec. 2019, but there was no indication of how it got fixed. Is anyone else having this problem now?

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please let me know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

I’m hoping to find it if this was resolved and how. My Fitbit was acting wonky even after I charged it fully. When I went to troubleshoot, Fitbit told me to shutdown versa. Now it will not turn back on and it had a full charge when I did the shutdown. Please help. Got this as a gift and had it less than a week. Very unhappy.

So, nobody ever replied to my post. But I did manage to get my versa turned back on. I pressed and held all three buttons at the same time. Apparently this is some sort of a reset for the versa. I don’t know if this will help everyone with this issue, but it’s worth a try.
