Versa won't turn on after factory reset

I couldn't connect my Versa to my new w mobile. So I have decided to do factory reset. I did the factory reset as mentioned in the manual an since then my Versa screen went black and it doesn't turn on. I have tried pressing all the three buttons for a while n it isn't working still.

Hi @Phanik96 

Have you tried putting it back on the charger? If that doesn't wake up your Versa, you might find THIS thread helpful. The last option is for you to contact customer support.
