Versa 2 not responding

I have just been brought a Fitbit versa 2 for my birthday.

Before I received it my partner wanted to try it out so I had to reset the factory settings when I got it.

I have done this and my screen has gone completely blank and not responding to anything.

Before I reset it to factory settings, I made sure that the fitbit was fully charged.

 

Please can you help as I'm generally really really upset that it doesn't seem to be working or responding to anything.

Hi @Jessica.cassidy 

I'm sorry you are having an issue with you new Versa 2. 

Have you tried putting it back on the charger? If that doesn't wake up your Versa, you might find THIS thread helpful. The last option is for you to contact customer support.
