Versa won't turn on feedback

I spend 200+ on my versa just over a year ago. After several months it died. I was sent a refurbished replacement. Now 13 months later (it dies) Because the warranty was on the original watch I’m SOL now. All they can offer is a 25% discount. Sorry Fitbit I don’t have $200 to spend on a new watch every year!

Great way to keep your profits up though.

Hi @Walkwalks, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa wasn't able to turn on. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days starting from the date of first setup of the original unit.

I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.

I'll be around if any question arises.
