Hi, @Char03 , are the green lights flashing at all?  Have you checked to make sure that the HR setting didn’t accidentally get turned off?  Swipe left to find the settings menu.  From settings scroll to HR and make sure that it is turned on.

If it is set to ON and the sensors still aren’t flashing, then toggle it to OFF, wait a few moments, and then turn it to ON again.

You also should try turning off the Versa and turning back on again.  You can turn it off from the settings app.  To turn back on, press the button.

Hopefully this will help.

None of the lights are flashing.

I have checked the settings and they are fine. Turned the versa off and on and also completed a factory reset. Still no luck

Hi, @Char03 , if the lights are not flashing, and you have tried toggling the heartrate setting from On to Off and back again and they still don’t flash, that sounds like a hardware issue, which unfortunately the Fitbit Community Forums can’t help with.

Your Fitbit is covered by a limited warranty for at least 1 year (in some parts of the world it is two years).  There’s a link on the bottom of every page in the community to “returns and warranty” where you can get more details.

You will need to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com and they can take it from there.  Be sure to let them know the troubleshooting steps you have already tried.  Unfortunately, due to the world wide pandemic situation support times are longer than usual.
