Help!
My Fitbit Versa was charged up and I was outside doing yard work. I happened to look down to check the time and I noticed my Fitbit screen was completely black and the HR monitor on the back also quit working. I have tried to restart it several times and still nothing. Is there any suggestions?

Hi. I had exactly the same problem with the screen stopping working at 12:00 UK time. Suddenly at 16:00 it 'beeped' and started working again! Everything was still working in the background as could see on the app.
Can only assume some sort of softwate problem as haven't tried any troubleshooting.
Most odd.

Hi, thank you for responding. Yes, I have tried that multiple times and I can see the screen lighting up but there is not any picture or Fitbit logo that shows up.

My Fitbit Versa did the same thing. It says battery is full in my phone app but it buzzed quickly yesterday and then went black. I've tried recharging several times and nothing happens. Any help?

Mine just did the exact same thing yesterday! I have tried to do the restart and my screen stays completely black. The heartrate monitor also isn't lighting up at all. My app is saying the watch is charged to 49% but I cant use it and it's not syncing at all.
