I have had my versa for 5 months and experienced no problems with it. The other day the screen went black and wouldn't turn on, so i figured it just needed to be charged. After putting it on the charger, I waited for the screen to come on but it didn't. Then I figured it was just really dead needed to charge longer. It still has not turned back on and I tried holding the two buttons and three buttons but that did not work. Does anyone know what I should do?
