Went to bed last night with a full battery in my Versa. This morning it won't turn on. I've held down the back button and bottom button together for over 10 seconds, still nothing

@Taihapegirl what happens when you place it in a charging dock? Does it charge? Have you tried holding all buttons together for a longer period of time to see if this boots it up?

I've tried all of the above, and nothing happens. Also nothing when on the charger. 😔😔😔
