Versa won't turn on

My versa won't turn on since yesterday. Any help?

Ditto!! Mine ran out of charge yesterday. I can’t get it to turn back on or charge. Help!!

Mine was dead this morning too. I put it on the charger and after a couple minutes, I got the logo and it started charging. Maybe they did a big update that drained all our batteries.

I’ve had mine on the charger for hours. Nothing! Although my mobile tells me it 34% charged. I went to the on-line chat in ‘support’ for help. Was told to clean the charging connector bits on both the fitbit and the charger with rubbing alcohol, which I did. Went back to the ‘chat’ and I couldn’t send another message!!! Tried about 15 times! Now what 🤷‍:female_sign:
