I’ve had mine on the charger for hours. Nothing! Although my mobile tells me it 34% charged. I went to the on-line chat in ‘support’ for help. Was told to clean the charging connector bits on both the fitbit and the charger with rubbing alcohol, which I did. Went back to the ‘chat’ and I couldn’t send another message!!! Tried about 15 times! Now what 🤷:female_sign:
