Just tried the 3 button factory reset and that was also a fail. Back light came on and off but nothing on the screen.

Im having the same issue , battery life is very short if it goes fully flat it takes days for it to turn back on. continually says its at 0% every now and then the fitbit symbol pops up but that's it. have only had mine since the end of june
