My battery had 40% life and then my Versa suddenly died. I placed it on the charger over night. Still won’t turn on... I tried the recommended reset, still won’t turn on.. I’ve cleaned the prongs on rye charger, the back of the Versa... still won’t turn on... I’ve emailed customer support. I’m upset, I’ve only had the Versa 3 weeks. I’ve only used it to run and daily routine and it’s already dead?

Did it show that it was charging while it was in the cradle? If not, it suggests you have a faulty unit and I'm sure Fitbit or the place you purchased it should replace it.
