Versa won't turn on

My Fitbit suddenly stopped working. I have followed all of the factory reset instructions and the screen is still black and there is no activity on the lights. I've had it for a couple of months.

Thanks for stopping by @Dana2222! Those are the correct steps to troubleshoot your Fitbit, well done.

Sorry to hear the factory reset didn't work. In this case, I've requested our Customer Support to create a case on your behalf, so they can give you a hand with your Versa. You should soon receive an email from Customer Support at the email you used to register with the Community forums.

I called customer service. The representative walked me through a couple of steps. It still would not turn on. Then he asked me to hold and came came back and said "The Fitbit is being replaced." The entire experience was easy and the customer service is excellent!
