Versa won't turn on

Versa went black in the middle of the night and will not turn on. Left on charger even though it had battery when died, nothing. Have tried holding the three buttons to do a restart for as long as 3 minutes, still nothing. Just got this as a Christmas gift a few months ago, please help!
