I’ve only had my Versa a little while and I haven’t had any problems with it until today. I took my Versa off to do the dishes and set it on the counter, untouched until I went to put it back on. When I went to put it on it was completely dead. I had just charged it the day before so there’s no reason for it to just die.
I looked up similar posts that recommend holding all three buttons for 10 seconds, that didn’t work. I even tried holding all three buttons again for longer and all that did was give me a blank, black screen, no fit bit logo or anything, just completely blank screen for about 3 seconds then it would shut off again. After all this I get an email saying my battery is low... really?
I have had it on the charger now for about 30 minutes and occasionally the screen will turn on, no logo still, just a blank, black screen before shutting off 3 seconds later. I am frustrated and don’t know what to do, except get my money back.... or putting the Versa in the blender and calling it a day.
Any help would be much appreciated!

A warm welcome to the Forums @Nadzieja and @SunsetRunner thanks for the input.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this display issue by yourself. If your watch isn't turning on, I recommend changing the clock face by following the instructions provided in the help article How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?.
Let me know how it goes.
