Versa won't turn on

My versa has been dying on the daily and now it won't even charge. The reset did not work I tried it multiple times for minutes. I held down the left and bottom right button and then I held all 3 buttons but nothing seems to be working. I'm disappointed.

Hi, contact Customer Support and mention immediately which actions you've already tried to solve the problem, cause these are the usual questions they ask when you contact them with this problem.
