Versa won’t turn on!

Yesterday, I saw weird colors on my screen, so I turned my Versa off. Now it won’t turn back on!! Tried the two button and three button method for several minutes each. I literally just passed the year mark on this thing. If that’s all the life they have, can’t say I’m willing to drop $300 for a third time!

have you tried to put it on the charger to ensure there is a charge?

I sure did! Twice! Tried all the tricks and finally chatted with someone from Fitbit. It’s totally dead. 😣

@Adrirose Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the unresponsive screen of your Fitbit Versa, I would like to follow up and would like to know if our Support team followed up and provided a solution after it was mentioned that the screen won't turn on.
