Versa won’t turn on

Last night the screen on my Versa kept lighting up with the Fitbit logo and would not go away. I charged it to 100% and thought everything was great, put it on and went to bed. This morning I wake up and the screen is glowing, but is completely blank and won’t respond to buttons. I tried the restart (which the instructions aren’t too clear on and so I held down all three buttons at the same time) and the screen went completely black and I haven’t been able to get it to turn on since. I have tried holding down the side and top button, the side and bottom button, and all three buttons multiple times for long periods of time and it isn’t responding to anything.

Hi, after all the things you've already done without any luck, it's time to contact Customer Support about the screen problem.

Thank you. I reached out and there wasn’t a solution so they are sending me a new one.
