I bought a fitbit versa in October it doesnt have a year and it start to fail. The screen began to turn off and now it doesnt charge and I cant turn it on

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.

Hi,
I have a similar problem.
Do you still recommend charging for 2-3 hours even if it doesn't say its charging (nothing showing up on screen) and the Fitbit is getting quite warm...
